Challenge: With all in-person events cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, UC San Francisco looked to Cassis Productions to help move one of the largest in-person science festivals, Bay Area Science Festival, online.
Result: Shifting the event from a 10-day experience on a football field to a 5-day virtual event series on a custom platform, Client retained nearly all 150+ event hosts to create an interactive event series that drew more than 30,000 views, far exceeding client and sponsor expectations.
